Description
Chrysanthemum x morifolium ‘Arluno Pink’ Garden Mum is a charming, late-season perennial known for its profuse, vibrant pink blooms that add a splash of color to fall gardens. This hybrid chrysanthemum is celebrated for its rounded, bushy form and dense flower heads composed of numerous ray florets, making it an excellent choice for borders, containers, and cut flower arrangements. Originating from the long-cultivated lineage of Chrysanthemum morifolium, which has been treasured in East Asia for centuries both for ornamental and medicinal uses, ‘Arluno Pink’ continues this tradition with enhanced durability and ease of growth in temperate climates. The plant thrives best in full sun with well-drained soil, displaying remarkable resistance to common pests and diseases. Its distinct pink flowers not only brighten garden landscapes as one of the classic garden mums but also contribute to late-season pollinator support. This cultivar exemplifies the blend of ornamental appeal and horticultural resilience that has earned chrysanthemums enduring popularity among gardeners and landscapers alike.
